Photo Selection and Delivery

By engaging the services of Marsio Photography, the Client agrees to the following terms regarding the selection and delivery of photos:

1. Photographer’s Discretion: The Photographer will use their professional judgment and expertise to select the best photos from the shoot. The selection process ensures that only the highest quality images that meet professional standards are delivered to the Client.

2. Right to Deliver: Only the Photographer has the exclusive right to deliver the final, edited photos to the Client. The Photographer will provide a curated collection of edited images that represent the best work from the session.

3. No Access to Unedited Photos: The Client acknowledges and agrees that they have no right to access, view, or request all unedited photos taken during the shoot. Unedited photos are considered incomplete work and do not represent the Photographer’s final vision and quality standards.

4. Entitlement to Photos: The Client understands that by purchasing a package or photography services, they are not entitled to all photos taken during the shoot. They are only entitled to the final, edited photos delivered by the Photographer. The number of photos delivered is at the sole discretion of the Photographer, based on the nature and length of the shoot. Marsio Photography does not provide unlimited photo access or guarantee a specific number of photos.

5. Payment for Services: The Client is paying for the Photographer’s time, expertise, and the delivery of the final edited images only. The Client is not paying for, and therefore not entitled to, any unedited photos or all photos taken during the session.

6. Client Preview and Favorite Selection: Although the Client has no influence in the final selection, they may or will be given a chance to view a small preview of selected unedited photos. The Client may then choose up to three to eight (3-8 based on package bought) favorite photos from this preview to be edited. This selection must be made within 24 hours of receiving the preview.

7. Client Preferences and Claims: The Client may express preferences and ideas during the initial consultation and throughout the shoot. However, beyond the preview selection, the final selection of delivered photos is at the sole discretion of the Photographer. Claims such as "There may be photos that I liked that you didn't pick" do not entitle the Client to access additional unedited photos or influence the final selection. The Photographer’s professional judgment in selecting the final images is final.

8. Expedited Editing and Delivery: If the Client wishes to hasten the editing and delivery of photos, an expedited service fee will be incurred. The expedited delivery timeline and associated fee will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of the expedited services.

9. Final Delivery: The Photographer will deliver the final edited images, including the Client's selected favorite three to six (3-6) photos based on package bought by client, within 14 days after the shoot. The exact number of photos delivered will be at the discretion of the Photographer based on the nature and length of the shoot.

By booking and engaging with Marsio Photography's services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions regarding photo selection and delivery.
